Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accountability for quality of care of clients.
• Complete physical and mental health assessments, including vital signs, risk assessments, and withdrawal assessments as indicated by regulations.
• Administer and monitor treatment regimens.
• Observe and report behavioral changes.
• Maintain control of drugs and medications.
• Triage emergent client medical issues and coordinate care with Nursing Staff, PA, NP, Medical Director, and outside providers.
• Record all care information accurately and completely in a timely manner using appropriate formats and forms.
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.
• Provide direct care alongside licensed practical nurses.
• Respect cultural and religious practices of patients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards in collaboration with Director of Nursing, Direct Care Staff, Counselors, Clinical Directors, other Department Managers, and Compliance Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• Successful completion of CPI training within three months of hire.
• Successful completion of medication competency exam.
