Description

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel.
Must possess a permanent Ohio license or be from a compact state.
AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certifications required.
Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification.

Additional Requirements:

Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate with acceptable scores during orientation is mandatory.
One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applied specialty is required. Charge RN references are accepted.
