Role Overview
- Assignment Duration: 16-32 weeks
- Responsibilities:
- Floating is required within the central pool PCU. Travelers will float first.
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including every other weekend or schedule adjustments to meet unit needs.
Requirements
- Certifications:
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required prior to start
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Large trauma level 1 and teaching facility experience
- Experience in cardiology with post cath, STEMIs, and structural heart patients
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required
Additional Information
- Orientation: Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
- Complete work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, is required for submission
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
Transportation
- Public transportation is not accessible in this area. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended.
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April.

- NIH Stroke Scale, ACLS, BLS
