Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional for the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry (MedSurg/Tele) unit. The individual will float within the MS Tele unit as needed and accommodate a 48-hour workweek.

Requirements

Weekend and Holiday Expectations: Every other weekend and alternating holidays are required.
Patient Ratios: Typically 1:5 to 1:6, with occasional 1:7.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner.
Certifications: Must have Advanced Certifications such as BLS (AHA only) and ACLS.

Schedule

The position involves floating between units as needed and adhering to the required schedule of every other weekend and alternating holidays.

Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS): American Heart Association (AHA) certified.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS): Required.
