Description

Comments:

  • Weekend and holiday rotation.
  • Possible float to support units.
  • Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility.
  • Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured.
  • All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Notify immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.

Submission Requirements:

  • Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience is required.
  • Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
  • No hits on state license to practice.
  • RTO cannot exceed 7 days, and none during the first week of assignment.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for residency verification.

Compliance:

  • Banner requires strict adherence to all background check standards. Review compliance requirements as soon as possible.

Profile Requirements:

  • Complete Banner Cover Page.
  • Include a resume listing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designations, and the number of beds.
  • PCU skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.
  • License to practice must be recently verified.
  • Active ACLS and BLS certifications from approved vendors.
  • Documented flu vaccination.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA.
