Description

Shifts: Hours are 0600-1630, 0700-1730, 0800-1830. On-call, weekend, and holiday requirements.

Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility. Please ensure candidates clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments can secure an offer faster.

Requirements: - Minimum of 24 months of endoscopy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months. - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. - No hits on the state license to practice. - RTO cannot exceed 7 days and is not allowed during the first week of the assignment. - Candidate driver's license required to verify residency. - Travel experience is highly preferred.

Background check standards must be strictly adhered to. Review compliance requirements promptly.

Profile Requirements: - Complete the required cover page. - Resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and the number of beds listed. - Endoscopy skills checklist completed in the last 12 months. - Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days. - Active ACLS and BLS certifications from approved vendors. - Driver's license documentation required.

Certifications: - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA)

State Licenses Required: - Arizona
