Description

• Unit: West 6 Med/Tele
• Number of Beds: 40

Schedule

• Shift: Nights, 12 Hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Options: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: 1 holiday per contract
• Rotation: Willing to block rotation (e.g., 2 weeks shift A, 2 weeks shift B, etc.)

Experience

• Required: 1 year recent experience in acute MedSurg/Tele
• Preferred: 2 years recent experience in acute MedSurg/Tele
• U.S. Work Experience: 2 years required for non-U.S. candidates

Certifications

• License: Active NY RN license
• Certification: AHA BLS

Additional Details

• Charting: EPIC system
• Flexibility: Must be flexible and adaptable to facility's scheduling needs
• Floating: Required to float to other units if needed
• Charge Role: Must be willing to work as charge nurse; training provided if necessary
• Distance Requirement: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Contract

• Duration: 16 weeks
