Description

Step Down / PCU Traveler

Position available in a hospital setting on the HVTI-Stepdown unit with potential to float to other specified units.

Schedule & Requirements

Rotating shifts of day and night hours
Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel
18 months of recent stepdown experience required
PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not mandatory
Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license
AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required
Must work at least every other holiday

Orientation & Assessments

ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment are part of the orientation process, with acceptable scores required for both

Time Submission

Hours worked will be submitted through a specified system.
