Comments and Requirements:
Applicants must hold TNCC and NIHSS certifications. Note: Residents of Arizona are ineligible for assignments in any facility within the state.
Submission Requirements:
- A minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room (ER) experience is required, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
- All life support certifications must be accredited by AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
- No infractions on the state license to practice.
- Requested time off (RTO) must not exceed 7 days and is not allowed during the first week of the assignment.
- A valid driver's license is required to verify residency.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.

Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. Compliance requirements should be reviewed promptly.
Profile Requirements:
- Completion of the specified cover page is required.
- The applicant's resume should list all facilities and departments worked, including trauma level designation and the number of beds.
- An ER skills checklist completed within the last 12 months is mandatory.
- Active license to practice, verified within the last 30 days.
- Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS from approved vendors are required.
- A valid driver's license must be documented.
