About

A Better Route for Travel Healthcare

Founded in Buffalo, NY in 2008, Trusted Talent has spent nearly two decades building a different kind of healthcare staffing company — one where travel nurses, allied professionals, and locum providers are treated like family, not file numbers. The Joint Commission has awarded Trusted Talent its Gold Seal of Approval for Health Care Staffing Services, the industry's most rigorous credential. We are also the Official Healthcare Staffing Partner of the Buffalo Sabres, named to the 2025 SIA Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list, the 2024 SIA Largest US Staffing Firms list, and recognized as a 2023 Inc. Best Workplace.

From day one, our mission has been simple: get every traveler the right assignment, the right pay, and the right support — fast. That's how we earned a 100% application response rate and a within-the-hour response time on Vivian. It's also why so many of our travelers come back assignment after assignment.

Why Travelers Choose Trusted Talent

  • Dedicated Compliance, Benefits, Payroll, and QA teams — separate specialists handling each piece, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Pronto, our proprietary job-search platform — see real pay, real housing, and real assignment details upfront at app.prontojobs.com
  • Weekly pay and full transparency on every package — what we quote is what you take home
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage plus an HRA card to help cover medical bills
  • 401(k) with a 4% company match (after 1,000 hours and one year of employment)
  • License, certification, and CEU reimbursement
  • $1,500 referral bonus when you bring a friend onto a Trusted Talent assignment
  • Loyalty program with rewards for travelers who keep coming back
  • VIP events, Camp NurseCon, and the Trusted Gives community-giving program — because the relationship goes beyond the contract

What Makes Us Different

After almost 20 years, we still answer the phone like a small Buffalo company — because that's what we are. But we have the scale, the certifications, and the technology of a national leader. That combination — local heart, national reach — is what we mean by "A Better Route."

Whether you're heading out on your first travel contract or your 50th, the Trusted Talent team is ready to find your next assignment. Browse our jobs below or chat with a Talent Advisor to get started.
