Description

Requisition Comments and Notes:

Location: Outpatient Cardiac Device Clinic for a clinical neurophysiology lab.
Patient Demographics: Includes heart failure and arrhythmia patients requiring procedures like ablations, cardioversions, and cardiac implant interrogations. Approximately 50% are pediatric patients.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, either 07:45-16:15 or 08:00-16:30.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of unit experience and pediatric experience. Must be proficient in gluing electrodes on with collodion.
Required Skills: EPIC experience within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable.
Certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS, REEGT certification required at the time of submission.

Additional Information:

Orientation: Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
Employment History: Ensure all work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, is complete for submission. Explain any employment gaps over 90 days.
Transportation: Public transportation is not accessible; reliable personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April.
