Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care services in acute healthcare settings.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' respiratory status using diagnostic equipment.
• Develop and implement personalized respiratory care plans.
• Assist with intubations and resuscitations as needed.
• Educate healthcare staff on respiratory therapies and equipment.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators and other respiratory devices.

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• Strong clinical knowledge in respiratory care and therapies.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of healthcare software and electronic records.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical settings and teams promptly.
