Description

Requisition Comments and Notes:

  • Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasonographer: MFM that could do GYN, no breast experience required.
  • Traveler will see up to 8 patients a day: 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. If a scan is performed on a patient pregnant with twins, that counts as two scans, so only 3 patients would be seen in that half day.
  • Facility is a large trauma 1 facility with 579 beds and 2 sites on campus.
  • Weekends are on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

  • ARDMS registered with OB/GYN credential.
  • Prior travel experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Large, teaching hospital experience required.
  • Experience in OB/GYN including fetal anatomy scans (routine and detailed), follow-up OB, BPP, UMB and MCA dopplers, 1st trimester, pelvic, sonohystogram, HyCoSy.
  • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.

Additional Information:

  • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
  • No block schedules for any reason.
  • Facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete for submission.
  • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained.
  • Covid and flu declinations accepted; please have either proof or declinations in the packet.

Transportation:

  • Public transportation is not accessible in this area. Reliable transportation, personal vehicle, or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Certifications:

  • BLS
  • Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency)
