Description

Position Overview

This role is based in the South Burlington, VT area, with floating requirements to St. Albans and Berlin. It involves providing care in an outpatient dialysis setting for ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) chronic renal patients. Flexibility is required, as shifts may vary between 8, 9, 10, and 12 hours, including some Saturday work.

Requirements

  • Certifications: AHA BLS certification is necessary.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of general experience required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory.
  • EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required.
  • Travel Experience: Previous travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

  • Applicants must be able to start promptly with a valid license on file.
  • No block schedules are permitted, and candidates must have all employment history details, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, thoroughly documented.
  • Public transportation is not available; reliable personal or rental transportation with all-season or snow tires between November and April is recommended.
  • Any employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.

Work Schedule

  • Scheduled shifts may occur from Monday to Sunday without a block scheduling option.
  • While there is no on-call requirement, some Saturday shifts are required.
