Emergency Department Position Overview:
Join a growing team of experienced and qualified professionals in our state-of-the-art Emergency Department. Designed for optimal care and efficiency, the new facility offers a range of amenities and features to enhance the patient and family experience.
Facility Highlights:
- 44 beds spread across over 45,000 square feet.
- New entrances with a sun-filled reception area.
- In-house imaging suite and pharmacy.
- Fast-track area for expedited care.
- Dedicated behavioral health suite.
- Private treatment rooms.
- Comfortable family waiting area and a family consultation room.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
- Massachusetts (MA) license.
- BLS, ACLS, and one of the following: PALS or ENPC.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
- Experience with Epic software for computer charting and documentation.
Important Information:
- Epic software experience is required.
- Must have been separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be considered for this position.
- Strong communication skills are essential; candidates must consistently check email for communication.
Additional Notes:
- Level 1 trauma experience necessary.
- Not required to float to other departments.
