Description

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.
Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

Valid, state-issued nursing license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Competence in using healthcare technologies and electronic documentation systems.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
