Description
Requisition Comments and Notes:
- Must start in the next week; license on file at time of submission.
- Travel distance and rates are mileage-based: Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less).
- No call required; 1-2 weekends a month minimum.
- Schedule may be adjusted to meet unit needs; flexibility required.
Requirements:
- BLS certification required.
- ARRT or ARMRIT license with MR advanced licensure required.
- Phillips experience required.
- Prior travel experience preferred.
- Teaching hospital experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
- Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
Additional Information:
- Coverage days: Monday to Sunday.
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
- Detailed work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) is mandatory for submission.
- Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained.
