Requisition Comments and Notes:
Seeking an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in maternal fetal medicine. The role requires proficiency in OB/GYN, midwifery, REI, and MFM, with the option to focus exclusively on GYN/early dating OB scans if preferred. Experience in breast scans is not necessary. The technologist will perform up to 8 scans per day, with adjustments for twin pregnancies. The facility is a large, Level 1 trauma center with multiple on-campus sites. Weekend work may be required.
Requirements:
- ARDMS registered with OB/GYN credential
- Prior travel experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, teaching hospital
- Proficiency in OB/GYN, including fetal anatomy scans, follow-up OB, BPP, UMB and MCA dopplers, first trimester, pelvic, sonohystogram, and HyCoSy
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required
Additional Information:
- No block schedules
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
- Complete employment history including bed count, EMR, and facility type is necessary for submission
