Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 450 for Tower/Sarah Cannon
- Patient Ratios: 1:30-1:35
- Unit Staffing: No unit secretaries or techs available
- Equipment Usage:
- Documentation Systems: Midas, Navihealth, Meditech for patient review
- Floating Policy: May be required to work on multiple units based on need
Patient Experience Requirements: - Must have previous acute care case management experience
Hiring Profile
Requested Skill Set:
- Experience with Midas and Meditech
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Expected to be productive after 5 days of orientation
Dress Code:
- Scrubs with a lab coat or business casual with a lab coat
