We are hiring a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist with Neuro IR and scrub experience to support a high-acuity, Level I Trauma environment. This is a fast-paced procedural role requiring strong clinical and technical expertise.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Assist with IR & Neuro Interventional procedures
Perform scrub duties and maintain sterile field
Prepare patients and procedural rooms
Monitor patients and identify complications
Manage central lines, PICCs, and ports
Operate imaging equipment (Fluoro, CT, Ultrasound)
Document procedures in Epic
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
🧠 Requirements
2+ years IR Tech experience
(1 year accepted with strong Neuro + scrub experience)
Neuro IR experience – REQUIRED
Scrub experience – REQUIRED
Experience in:
Angiography, embolization, stents
Thrombectomy / thrombolysis
TIPS procedures
Travel experience preferred
📜 Certifications
BLS – Required
ARRT (R) – Required
ACLS – Preferred
ARRT (VI) – Preferred
🏥 Facility Highlights
Level I Trauma Center (preferred experience)
700-bed hospital | 5 IR suites
Advanced tech: Siemens & GE Fluoro, procedural CT, RF/Cryo/MWA
Patient population: Neonates to Geriatrics
📅 Schedule & Call
Day shift with on-call rotation
Weekend rotation: 3x12s (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon)
Emergency response expectations in critical events
⚠️ Important Notes
Must apply for LA Allied Health License within 72 hours
COVID & Flu vaccines required
30-minute call response time
Must be comfortable with emergency team assignments
Maximum Healthcare Solutions Job ID #3242748. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
