Description

Position / Specialty: RN Labor & Delivery
Shift: 3x12s, 7:00am-7:30pm
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month

Years of experience REQ: 3+ years in L&D experience preferred
Certs REQ: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP (AHA)
Other: Candidate must have Trauma 1 and EPIC experience

Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred. Local is considered within 75 miles of the facility
Pending License accepted: No

Department Specific Job Functions:
-Provides care to the inpatient obstetric patient.
-Monitors fetal well-being.
-Administers medication specific to the obstetric patient.
-Provides patient education specific to the obstetric population.
-Participates in the intrapartum care of the patient and newborn in labor, delivery and surgical delivery.
