Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,120/week
Total Pay Rate: $53/hour
W2 Taxable Pay: $21.85/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246/week (for qualified travelers)
Overtime Pay: $58/hour (after 40 hours worked)
Schedule
Shift: 10-Hour Days
Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Days: Monday – Thursday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Radiologic Technologist to join the Diagnostic Radiology team at Cumming, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience, with strong OR and Fluoroscopy experience. This is a busy 24-hour diagnostic radiology department averaging approximately 150 exams per day and serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine diagnostic X-rays and fluoroscopic examinations.
Provide imaging support for both inpatient and outpatient patients.
Assist with OR and C-arm procedures.
Perform fluoroscopy procedures and assist with image-guided examinations.
Support procedures such as lumbar punctures and other diagnostic studies.
Prepare and position patients safely and appropriately for examinations.
Operate radiologic equipment while maintaining high-quality diagnostic images.
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and patient care standards.
Accurately document procedures and patient information using Cerner.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience
ARRT (RT) Certification – Required
Current AHA BLS Certification – Required
Cerner experience
OR experience – Required
Fluoroscopy experience – Required
Strong experience with C-arm procedures and diagnostic radiology
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume imaging environment

Important Information
Travel candidates only (No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.)
13-week travel assignment
40 guaranteed hours per week
Monday–Thursday schedule
10-hour day shifts
Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) if they fall during the assignment.
