Compensation
Total Pay Rate: $70/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,520/week, including stipend
Taxable W-2 Rate: $28.10/hour
Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,015/week
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,505/week
Non-Taxable Equivalent: $41.80/hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Employment Type: W-2 contract; no 1099
Callback: 2-hour minimum
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department for a 13-week contract assignment in Gardner, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing experience and the ability to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions.

The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, triage, emergency interventions, medication administration, monitoring, and coordination of care within a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.

Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license
3–5 years of Emergency Department/ER experience preferred
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
BSN preferred
Current BLS certification required
ACLS required upon hire, or active BLS with AHA ACLS obtained within 60 days
PALS required within 6 months of hire
TNCC, ENPC, and CEN preferred
Meditech EMR experience preferred
