Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Rehab

Location: Danvers, Massachusetts
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Days
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week
Overtime: Available after 40 hours

Compensation
Blended Pay Rate: $44/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,760/week, including stipend
Taxable W-2 Rate: $15.20/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend: $28.80/hour
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,152/week
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a rehabilitation team in Danvers, MA. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitative care, assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities, and support individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
Assist with implementing physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Assist patients with activities designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function.
Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and patient-care protocols.
Requirements
Current and active PTA license/credentials as required by Massachusetts.
Previous rehabilitation or clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to work the assigned day schedule and meet weekly hours.
Must meet all facility and compliance requirements.
