Pay Details
Pay Rate: $63/hr
Weekly Gross: $2,520/week
Taxable/W2 Rate: $31.85/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week ($31.15/hr) for qualified travelers
Overtime Rate: $73/hr after 40 hours
Total Compensation: $63/hr (W2 Pay + Stipend)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled occupational therapy services in Hanford, California.
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy focused on improving functional independence and daily living skills. The OT will collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams while following applicable state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.
Supervise COTAs according to applicable practice acts and facility policies.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and recommendations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active California OT license or ability to obtain
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and clinical environments
