Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Rehabilitation

Location: Chelsea, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift
Pay Rate: $56/hour
Weekly Gross: $2,240/week (including stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,639/week
Taxable W-2: $15.02/hour
Non-Taxable: $40.97/hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours

Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in a patient-focused setting. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts OT license
Relevant Occupational Therapy/Rehabilitation experience
BLS certification, as required by the facility
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
