Estimated Gross Pay Per Week Up To: $2143.52 (includes up to $1343.52 travel stipend)

Position Summary:

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. Job Requirements:

2 years of OR experience required
EPIC experience required
Active nursing license required
COVID-19 vaccine required
MMR vaccination required
Fit test required
Hepatitis B vaccination required
Influenza vaccine required
TB test required
Varicella vaccination required
Tdap vaccination required
Annual TB questionnaire required
Physical/Health statement required
Driver's license or state ID required
Social Security card required
Criminal background check required
Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam required for onboarding
Prime Specialty Exam required for onboarding
Prime Education Verification required for onboarding
Prime OIG check required for onboarding
Prime Core Competencies Exam required for onboarding
Prime Skills Checklist required for submission
Prime Badge Photo required for onboarding
Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required for onboarding
Onboarding Education Attestation required for onboarding
All references must be included at submission

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
