Estimated Gross Pay Per Week Up To: $2414.86 (includes up to $1245.99 travel stipend)

Position Summary:

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 40 hours per week contract in Smithfield, VA. Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience required
Home health case management experience required
Oasis experience required and must be proficient
BLS certification required
Virginia license in hand required at submittal or proof of compact license
One supervisory reference required to submit (2 required for compliance)
All RTO must be included at initial submission
No additional RTO requests will be approved after an offer has been given
Specialty experience within the last year required
Candidates may not work both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously

Distance Requirements

Locals accepted at the same base rate

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
