Hours/Week: 40

Estimated Gross Pay Per Week Up To: $2398.88 (includes up to $1281.00 travel stipend)

Position Summary:

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 40 hours per week contract in Williamsburg, VA. Job Requirements:

Must have experience with HOME HOSPICE CASE MANAGEMENT
BLS certification required
EPIC experience required
VA RN License required to be in hand at submittal or provide proof of compact license
Allied positions require the certifications and licenses attached at submittal
NIH and stroke education required for RNs
Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment and no more than 7 days total
Need ONE supervisory reference to submit
All units require specialty experience within the last year
Candidates must choose between Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts
SSN is required at time of submittal

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
