*** LD and Postpartum RN Nights w/ 1 Night of Call and EOW 36 or 48hrs. ***\n1.\tUnit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post Partum Unit.\n2.\tBrief Unit Description: 25-Bed Labor & Delivery Unit which encompasses: L&D, PP, NBN, 2 ORs, 2 RRs and 2 ANU rooms.\n3.\tYears of Experience Required: 3 years minimum.\n4.\tSkill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care. \n5.\tClinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.\n6.\tBed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 ORs, 2 RR, 2 ANU rooms with 4 beds.\n7.\tCensus: Average daily census 15-25 mothers, babies and labors.\n8.\tEMR (Charting System): EPIC.\n9.\tFloating Required: No.\n10.\tRotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate position is primarily a Day position with rotation to Eves and Nights as needed. We cannot offer straight Days due to our Union Agreement.\n11.\tCertifications Required: Current Massachusetts RN License. BLS, NRP & EFM (every 2 years for L&D).\n12.\tAdditional Information: ACLS (preferred).
