Description:
Inpatient Program, patients ages 3 to 17 years of age who require inpatient
stay receive 24-hour care through our child and adolescent services program. We
offer a nurturing and non-coercive environment. 3) Years of
Experience Required:
2 years at one location/hospital. 4) Skill Sets
Required:
Trauma informed, patient-centered, and verbally capable of de-escalating patients.

RN to Patient: 1 to 3. 6) Patient
Population:
Children ages 4-18. 7) Bed Count: 30. 8) Census: 20-25. 9) EMR (Charting
System):
EPIC. 10) Floating
Required: Yes,
to other behavioral health areas within the Epstein Units and AMHU. 11) Rotating Shifts
Required:
Yes, up to 20% for Day positions, not required for Night positions. 12) Certifications
Required:
Active Massachusetts RN License.
