Now Hiring: Skilled Caregiver/CNA

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference.

Current Schedule

Weeknights 9 pm-11 pm

Every other weekend split shift 8 am-12 pm and 9 pm-11 pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Assist with toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour
• Weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday hours

Qualifications

• Skilled caregiving or CNA experience required
• Hoyer lift experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
