Assignment Overview
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the MedSurg/Telemetry unit. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience. Nurses will work in a surgical telemetry setting, with a wide array of patient types.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the MedSurg/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage medication infusions, including cardiac drips and blood products
- Perform and manage patient intubations and tracheostomy care
- Initiate IVs and manage IV equipment
- Provide detailed patient documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in general Med/Tele skillset, including stroke experience and cardiac rhythm interpretation
