Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Concord, NC
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse for the MedSurg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical telemetry and be ready to handle a variety of patient diagnoses, including chest pain, stroke, and respiratory illness. This role requires a confident professional with strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage patient care for a variety of diagnoses
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and provide trach care
- Conduct PIV starts and manage chest tubes
- Manage medication drips, including cardiac, Heparin, and blood products
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 months Med/Tele experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- General Med/Tele skillset including cardiac rhythm interpretation and stroke experience
