Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Travel |

Assignment Overview

Join a dynamic Emergency Room team serving a diverse patient population in a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in urban trauma settings and thrive in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment.

Assignment Details

Ratios: 1:4
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2010.96 (negotiable)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Charting System: Epic
Floating Requirement: Yes
Local Candidates: Accepted

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a high-acuity setting
Administer emergency medications
Manage trauma cases and perform triage
Coordinate with an interdisciplinary support team
Ensure proper use of equipment and protocols

Qualifications

Required:

1 year of experience in an urban, Level I Trauma ED
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications
Experience with Epic charting system
Illinois RN license in hand

Preferred:

TNCC, CPI certifications
Experience in a teaching hospital
