We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surgical care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. This role requires the ability to manage diverse patient care needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide all aspects of tracheostomy care and management
Administer necessary medications and treatments
Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members such as Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surgical nursing
BLS and ACLS certifications
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Tracheostomy care/management skills
Current IL RN license

Preferred:

NIHSS certification

PEL/VIP Job ID #64367410. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
