Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Travel | General Floors, IL
Assignment Overview
Join our team as a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in both NICU and PICU settings. We are looking for candidates with recent acute care pediatric experience to work night shifts in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 12-hour Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Travelers will work every other weekend
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2943 (negotiable)
- EMR System: EPIC
- Orientation: Every Monday
- Dress Code: Scrubs - any color, can be kid-friendly
- Vaccination: FLU and COVID vaccination documentation required at submission
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care in NICU and PICU settings
- Adapt to CCU and/or acute care floors as needed
- Ensure compliance with pediatric care standards
Qualifications
Required:
- BLS, PALS, NRP (for NICU assignments) certifications
- Illinois RRT license (willingness to apply at time of offer is acceptable)
- Minimum 2+ years of RRT experience in Pediatric Critical Care arena (PICU/NICU/CCU)
- Recent acute care Pediatric RRT experience within the current year
- Full COVID and Flu vaccination documentation
Preferred:
- Prior travel experience
