Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical | Travel | Not Provided

Assignment Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical care. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patient ratios of approximately 1:6 and a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working every other weekend and offers opportunities for floating.

Estimated gross weekly pay package: $1772.82 (negotiable)
First-timers accepted: Yes
Floating required
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Charting System: Epic
Locals accepted
Certification requirements: BLS, ACLS
Preference for NIHSS certification
Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
Perform tracheostomy care and management
Administer and monitor telemetry services

Qualifications

Required:

1 year of RN experience in Medical Surgical unit
ACLS and BLS certifications
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Telemetry and tracheostomy care skills

Preferred:

NIHSS certification

PEL/VIP Job ID #64555081. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
