RN - Med/Surg | Travel | Janesville, WI
Assignment Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Medical Unit in a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. This position requires flu vaccination and is focused on delivering care following approved nursing techniques and hospital policy.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital
- Shift Details: Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM); 12-hour shifts
- Assignment Length: Quick Start
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)
- Local Candidate Policy: Travel RN may be required to float to other units

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing techniques and standards
- Document care according to standards of care
- Develop, initiate, and execute patient care plans according to individualized needs
- Participate in unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
- Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating as necessary
Qualifications
Required:
- Current WI License
- CPR/BLS certification
- Flu vaccination
- Education verification
