Registered Nurse - Float Pool | Travel | Janesville, WI
Assignment Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Float Pool at a trauma center. The ideal candidate will be adept in various specialties including Medical, Surgical/Peds, Ortho/Neuro, and Sub-Acute Units. This assignment requires floating across multiple inpatient units with night shifts.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Assignment Length: Not specified
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)
- Floating to multiple in-patient units is required
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- Location: Janesville, WI
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved standards
- Document patient care following standards of care
- Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs
- Participate in unit performance improvement activities
- Provide clinical expertise to other units in support of longitudinal patient care
- Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Education verification
- Current WI License
- NIHSS certification
- CPR/BLS certification
