RN - MedSurg/Tele | Winston-Salem, NC
Assignment Overview
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the MedSurg/Tele unit in an academic medical center setting. The ideal candidate should have strong MST experience, capable of managing a diverse patient population with general medicine needs. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to handle telemetry duties and thrive in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team
- Interpret telemetry strips
- Manage chest tubes, traches, and PCA pumps
- Initiate IV starts and manage gtts, including Amiodarone and Ketamine PCA
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of MST experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with PIV starts and Gtts management
