RN OR | Location: Oak Lawn, IL

Assignment Overview

Seeking a Registered Nurse for an Operating Room position in a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care and be comfortable managing a high volume of cases including trauma and transplant surgeries.

Assignment Details

Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3150 (negotiable)
Shift Times: 0645-1515, 1445-1915, 2245-0715
Scheduling: 3x12h, 2x8h; 2x12h, 5x8h
Weekend rotation: every 4th weekend
No self-scheduling; rotation based
Holiday coverage required
On-call: 30 min. response time required

Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical cases
Provide critical care and trauma support
Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records

Qualifications

Required:

Active RN license
BLS certification
2-3 years of acute care experience
Trauma experience at a Level 1-2 facility
EPIC experience

Preferred:

Critical care experience

PEL/VIP Job ID #65464209. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
