Assignment Overview

Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for an acute care setting specializing in cath lab procedures. Ideal candidates will have previous cath lab experience, with a focus on scrubbing, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating. This role requires acute attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details

Number of suites/labs: 6
Average cases per day: 10 to 15
Shift Details: 9-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Call Requirements: Weekly on a rotational basis, usually 8-9 shifts/month
Call Response Time: 30 minutes from time of page
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs are provided by the hospital
Charting System: EPIC
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $4200 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

Scrub for cath lab procedures
Monitor hemodynamics
Circulate during procedures

Qualifications

Required:

Previous cath lab experience
ARRT Certification
BLS Certification
IEMA Certification

Preferred:

Ped's experience
McKesson cardiology PACS experience

Non-billable orientation hours: 12 hours
