RN - MedSurg/Tele | Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry to join our team in a dynamic hospital setting. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, with a focus on patient mobilization and care for geriatric-related diagnoses. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, emphasizing strong communication and teamwork skills.

Provide direct and indirect patient care
Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills
Work collaboratively with healthcare team
Handle time management and telemetry strips
Conduct IV procedures efficiently
Engage in patient mobilization initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg experience
Strong IV and telemetry skills
Proficiency in Epic EMR system
Ability to work under moderate to high stress levels
Solid written and oral communication skills
