Cath Lab Tech | Travel | Huntley, IL

Assignment Overview

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join a dynamic interventional lab team. This role focuses on cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology in a hospital setting. Candidates should be adept at handling various cardiac and vascular procedures.

Assignment Details

Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3450 (negotiable)
Shift: 4x10 Days
On Call: Every 3rd weekend and 1-2 weekday call shifts
Location: Huntley, IL
Unit: Interventional Lab
Facility Type: Hospital

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and other procedures
Perform equipment setup and maintain a sterile field
Assist with pacemaker insertion and carotid stenting
Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias and conduct electrophysiology procedures
Participate in winter holiday call coverage

Qualifications

Required:

American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree for Radiographer
Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety Certified (IDNS)
BLS and ACLS CPR Certification

Preferred:

Interventional Cardiovascular Registered (CVT) or RCIS Certification
1 or more years of hospital experience in Medical Imaging
