Requirements
- ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification required; must be accredited in CT
- Competent performing general CT exams; basic CT skills sufficient
- Experience operating or familiarity with GE Revolution 256-slice and GE VCT 64-slice scanners preferred
- Able to support emergency department CT volume; no interventional CT experience required
- Familiarity with Meditech and Synapse PACS documentation workflows
- Adhere to unit dress code: NAVY
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations in accordance with unit scanning protocols and IV contrast policies
- Operate CT equipment (GE Revolution and GE VCT) and ensure image quality for ED and inpatient studies
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in Meditech and Synapse PACS
- Coordinate with existing tenured CT staff on the shift and follow unit-specific guidelines; no floating required
- Review and comply with department policies, including contrast administration and scanning procedures
- Maintain professional appearance consistent with the unit dress code

Job Description
A travel CT Technologist is needed for a 13-week assignment beginning 04/27/2026 at a 148-bed acute care hospital in Hendersonville, TN. The CT unit supports emergency department volume and is staffed with 2–3 technologists per shift. The position requires an ARRT RT (R) (CT) credential and competence in general CT exams. You will operate advanced CT equipment (GE Revolution 256-slice and GE VCT 64-slice), follow unit scanning protocols and IV contrast policies, and document exams using Meditech and Synapse PACS. The primary scheduling requirement is weekday evening coverage (unit schedule indicates Monday–Friday 15:00–23:30 with a lunch break), with additional weekend coverage needs noted. No floating to other units is expected.
