Requirements
- Certified Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
- Proven interventional cath lab experience (left/right heart caths, peripheral angiograms)
- Experience with interventional radiology and peripheral vascular procedures
- Experience with IVUS/DFR, Impella, balloon pump, and thrombectomy procedures
- Familiarity with GE MacLab/CardioLab monitoring and GE Innova fluoroscopy systems
- Comfortable using Meditech EMR or similar electronic charting systems
- Willingness to take call; must be within 30 minutes of the facility for call response
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; willing to float as needed
- Preferred: EP experience
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, peripheral angiograms, and atherectomies
- Assist with device insertions and support procedures such as Impella and balloon pump placement, thrombectomy, and STEMI interventions
- Participate in non-cardiac IR procedures (ports, permcaths, embolizations) as needed
- Operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment and document procedures in the electronic medical record
- Provide on-call coverage (approximately 12–15 days per month) and respond within required timeframes
- Collaborate with RNs and other cath lab staff to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety

Job Description
This 91-day travel assignment in Fort Worth, TX begins 04/21/2026 and covers a daytime cardiac cath lab at a major medical center. The role requires an experienced cardiac cath lab technologist to support a two-lab unit performing a broad range of interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral interventions, atherectomy, Impella and balloon pump support, and thrombectomy. The position includes on-call responsibilities (roughly 12–15 days/month) and expects strong teamwork, the ability to work quickly in a high-acuity environment, and familiarity with GE imaging and monitoring systems and Meditech documentation. One position is available for this assignment.
