Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Florida
- Experience in perioperative/operating room nursing
- Available for a travel assignment from 04/17/2026 to 07/17/2026 (91 days) and able to work scheduled shift hours (06:45–17:15)
- Current BLS certification (inferred as commonly required for OR roles)
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients, including preoperative preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative handoff
- Maintain sterile technique and prepare/organize surgical instruments and supplies for cases
- Monitor patient status during procedures and communicate changes to the surgical team
- Accurately document care, procedures, and patient information in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative staff to support efficient, safe surgical workflows
