Description
Location: Kingman, AZ
Duration: Full Time
Shift Timing: Night shift (7 on 7 off Thur-Wed)
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Pharmacist License required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist required.
- Inpatient pharmacy experience through employment and/or student rotations.
- IV admixture and sterile compounding certification required.
- Certification/coursework should be completed through an ACPE-accredited program.
- PGY1 residency and/or Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification preferred.
- Candidates must disclose any planned time off at the time of application.
