Description

Acute Care Case Manager RN – Travel Assignment | Apple Valley, CA

Requirements:

2+ years of Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience
Recent Acute Care Hospital experience required
Behavioral Health Case Management experience will not be considered
Active CA RN License (pending accepted; must be active by start date)
EPIC experience required
Seasoned traveler required (No first-time travelers)

Assignment Details:

ASAP Start
Every other weekend as needed
No floating

Resource Logistics Inc Job ID #3389119. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
